All purchases made through our store are final sale. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason.

- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Installation issues not caused by a defect in the product
3. Product Quality & Defects
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must inspect the products and notify us immediately upon delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.
4. Order Accuracy Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Delivery & Pick Up
- We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.
- All deliveries must be checked upon arrival.
- If your order arrives damaged, please inform the driver immediately.
- We provide curbside delivery only, meaning your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible location outside your property. We are not responsible for any damages caused by third parties after delivery. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, though delays may occur due to weather conditions.
- For larger deliveries, we kindly ask that you have someone available on your end to assist with unloading.
- If you are picking up your order from our store, please be prepared to pack and secure it yourself, as we do not provide packaging or loading assistance.
6. By Placing an Order, You Agree to These Terms
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept our final sale policy and understand that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted.
